Welcome to the partner network of SMAA ELECTRONICS AND TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD. This document outlines our standard operating procedures, warranty terms, and logistics process to ensure a seamless repair experience for your business and your customers.

1. How to Send a Repair Request

To initiate a repair, follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Diagnostic Call – Contact our technical team at +91 8168879739 to discuss the fault (e.g., Error codes, no power, physical damage).

• Step 2: Documentation – Fill out our "Repair Job Card" (provided upon request) with the component’s serial number and a description of the issue.

• Step 3: Packaging – Securely pack the component (Charger, Controller, or BMS) in a shock-proof box to avoid transit damage.

2. Pan-India Logistics & Shipping

• Inward Shipping: Dealers are responsible for couriering the faulty component to our central lab.

• Outward Shipping: Once repaired and tested, we will courier the component back to your dealership via our trusted logistics partners.

3. Repair Timeline & Testing

• Standard Turnaround: 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt.

• Urgent Repairs: Priority slots available for commercial fleet operators (Buses/Trucks).

• Quality Check: Every unit undergoes a 5-Point Validation Test, including high-voltage insulation testing and actual load simulations.

4. Pricing & Warranty Terms

• B2B Discounted Rates: Dealers receive a fixed percentage discount on our standard retail repair rates.

• Service Warranty: We provide a 3 to 6-month warranty on the specific repair performed (warranty stickers must remain intact).

• "No Fix, No Fee": If a component is deemed non-repairable due to extensive damage, no service fee is charged (only return shipping costs apply).

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are generated upon successful repair.

• Payment must be cleared via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS before the unit is dispatched back to the dealer.
